iv. Major Group 92 – Processing, Manufacturing, and Utilities Supervisors and Central Control Operators

The Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTP) in Canada requires applicants to demonstrate language proficiency in either English or French. The accepted language tests for English are the IELTS (International English Language Testing System) General Training test, and for French, it is the TEF (Test d'évaluation de français). For the Federal Skilled Trades Program, the language proficiency requirements are generally lower compared to other federal economic immigration programs. the minimum language requirements for the FSTP were as follows:

A. Speaking: Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) 5
B. Listening: Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) 5

D. Writing: Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) 4

French Language Proficiency:
